Refund policy

If our product does not meet your expectations 100%, you may return it for exchange or full refund within 30 days of receiving the order. Simply return it to us, insured and in the original packaging, with all accessories and manuals. Items must have tags still attached, show no signs of use, and be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. For safety, we will not accept climbing gear, such as rope, harnesses, or carabiners for exchange or return.
